Many of you may know about Las Vegas’s newer attraction The Park, but what you may not know is in The Park are some really cool restaurants. One of the restaurants being Bruxie. Bruxie is a waffle spot. Yes you read me correctly, waffles. They’re very well known for their chicken and waffles dish, but there is so much more about this place that makes them unique.
Bruxie’s whole menu is based off waffles. It’s actually really cool. Think of some of your favorite sandwiches carefully placed between waffles. That’s what they do. The can make you your favorite dish out of waffles, it’s so amazing. We had the pleasure of trying many of their dishes. My personal favorite was the Crème Brule waffle. The Crème Brule gave the waffles a nice touch of sweetness. No syrup needed for their dish. Lol.
Sitting down with Cathy, she gave us the background of Bruxie. The original store which is still open was placed by the college in Old Towne Orange, California. First opening it’ doors in 2010, Bruxie has definitely been able to make a name for themselves.
Offering gourmet sandwiches like Hot Pastrami, Prosciutto & Gruyere and more, Bruxie definitely goes outside of the box of a normal meal. We had the pleasure of having the Lemon & Berry (a nice sweet & tart lemon taste. More like a custard), the Crème Brule (Sweet, soft, light, cinnamon with seasoned fruit) was absolutely breathe taking. Those are just some of their breakfast and desert options. For lunch or dinner we tried their Nashville which is a spicy chicken with a pickled taste. All of the food was delicious, and i could definitely see myself making a trip to The Park just to grab something of theirs.
If you can’t catch them here in Las Vegas they also have locations in Santa Monica, Chino Hills, Brea, Huntington Beach, and of course Orange, California.
